註：美國前總統克林頓的女兒雀兒於2010年七月三十一日結婚，一對新人在婚禮中朗讀英國詩人的詩「今生今世」(The Life That I Have)，使我憶起2004年五月時來到美國華盛頓ＤＣ參觀威靈頓國家公墓時，見到前甘迺迪總統和賈桂琳夫人的墓並排的情景。
